We design, build and run websites for small business owners, so I work on every part of the job: client conversations, design, code and upkeep. - Co-founded with Peter Zhang. We both design and build every site. - Turn each owner’s description of their business, in their own words, into a preview within a few days, then refine it with them before it goes live. - Keep every site running after launch: hosting, the domain and updates. **Co-founder & Co-owner, ad agency** · May 2023 – Sep 2024 · Toronto Co-founded a paid-social ad agency, ran its outreach and wrote its ads. - Ran Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for clients across North America. - Wrote the ad copy, shaped to each client’s audience. - Worked with e-commerce and info-product businesses. - Led outreach to bring in new clients. ### Goodman Consulting Association May 2025 – May 2026 **President** · May 2025 – May 2026 · St. Catharines Led Brock’s undergraduate consulting club for a year, and came away with President of the Year. - Co-led the club with co-president Ivan Litviakov. - Hosted the 2025 Goodman Case Competition: briefing judges, guiding competitors, announcing winners. - Named Presidents of the Year by the Goodman School of Business, March 2026. ### Goodman School of Business May 2025 – May 2026 **Student Advisory Board Member** · May 2025 – May 2026 · St. Catharines Every Goodman club president sits on the Student Advisory Board, so I held a seat during my year as GCA president. - Worked on events for every Goodman club, and on the school’s own events. - Helped from planning through to setup, for the whole Goodman School of Business community. ### Scotiabank Mar – Dec 2025 **Co-op Analyst, CWM Analytics** · Sep – Dec 2025 · Scotia Wealth Management · 40 King St W, Toronto - Designed the logic and architecture for Power BI KPI dashboards used by C-suite executives. - Finalised 10+ financial plans a day across Private Banking, iTRADE, ScotiaMcLeod and ScotiaTrust. - Led an Excel, Alteryx and SQL investigation that resolved data discrepancies affecting compensation for dozens of financial planners. - Part of one of Scotiabank’s Best of the Best Top Teams, fiscal 2025. **Customer Experience Associate** · Mar – Aug 2025 · Niagara Falls - Lobby lead: helped 40–60 clients a shift with transactions, new accounts and card replacements. - Booked 10+ financial appointments a week. ### The Children’s Place Jul 2023 – Sep 2024 **Sales Associate** · Jul 2023 – Sep 2024 · Newmarket My part-time retail job in Newmarket, which I came back to for several seasons. - Helped shoppers on the floor and rang them up at the till. - Restocked shelves and kept the floor tidy and ready to shop. ### Ethan Chiang’s Lawn-care Jun 2023 – Aug 2024 **Founder, owner & labourer** · Jun 2023 – Aug 2024 · Richmond Hill My first business. I started it the summer I finished high school and ran it for two summers around Richmond Hill. - Did the work myself as owner and labourer: lawn care, de-weeding and tile cleaning. - Found every client myself by cold calling and knocking on doors, and won recurring customers. - Hired two close friends and ran the jobs alongside them. ### Go Sales May – Jul 2024 **Subcontractor** · May – Jul 2024 · Ontario A summer selling Telus and Koodo plans as a subcontractor, at people’s doors and at events. - Knocked on doors and worked events, showing people how to get more for what they already paid. - Merit-based work, where effort showed up directly in the results. ### Student Works Nov 2023 – Apr 2024 **Operator** · Nov 2023 – Apr 2024 · Markham Ran a Student Works Painting franchise in Markham through the management program. - Found clients door to door, then negotiated and closed each job. - Owned and managed the business end to end. - Learned the business and marketing side through the program’s conferences and hands-on training. ### Untamed Entrepreneurs Jun – Aug 2019 **Video Transcriber** · Jun – Aug 2019 · Remote, Australia My first job, the summer after Grade 8: transcribing videos remotely for an Australian company. - Transcribed videos and wrote their subtitles. - Worked keywords into the subtitles to help the videos show up in search. - Kept to tight deadlines, fully remote. ## Education ### Honours BBA Co-op, Finance Goodman School of Business, Brock University · Sep 2023 – convocation May 2028 Honours: - A.
